Meloni’s Albania Plan Unravels in a Fresh Migration Humiliation

What looks like a setback for Giorgia Meloni is really a much bigger indictment of the EU system itself. But the bigger problem remains stark: a scheme meant to process around 3,000 applications a month has only around 90 people there.
